20 challenges for 30 days

new year...
many plan this year and I hope it'll really happen in my life...no..of course it will..
so I'm here, have 20 challanges for 30 days, hope it will continue
like Ted says "Small changes=sustainable"
It is been said that it takes about 30 days to form a habit.
if Ted has 30 challenges for 30 days like here
then I come with my own...

errr but I just have 20 challenges for 30 days...it should be enough..right? ;p



#1 Write a post a day in this blog[easy]
I will tell you about the progress here.

#2 Take one picture each day [intermidiate]
This one gets harder nearing the end of the challenge because at one point you will run out of the easy shots. This one is great to combine with other challenges, a great way to make a photo diary.

#3  Try a new recipe every day [very hard LOL :p ]
This is very very absolutely I want to try for this year!!!!learn how to cook, hmmmm its just practice, practice, and practice...so I think I'm gonna do it..

#4 Read a chapter each day [intermediate]
Read some useful book, inspired one.

#5 Study a topic you'd like to master each day [hard]
For this one I think I'm not gonna pick a topic like Animal Behaviour, Psychology, magic, etc...
The one I'd like to master is about my specialization, medical.

#6 Pick one bad habit you already have and ditch it for 30 days [hard]
I have so many bad habit,,its gonna hard!!!but i think it just try new habit, Its time to for a new good habit.
my bad habit??ohhh you want to know? secret~

#7 Study Tahsin n 30 days[hard?]
I love study nihonggo, korean, and other language but I'm muslim and I can't read  Al Quran correctly, its just unreasonable..its a must!!

#8 Memorized juz amma [intermediate]
Now its so hard to memorize all of them,even if they've memorized, and memorization that have now disappeared like it never existed but if u wanna try and believe like they said..always pray its gonna be awesome, you'll be come hafidz/hafizoh. Amien.

#9 Dhuha each day [easy]
Do it every day and it will become a habit.

#10 Wake up in the middle of the night, get a thaharah and go pray/tahajud [hard]
Like an easy one but its so hard to wake up in the middle night, even my alarm its turn for 50 times :p

#11 Dhikr at least 100 times per day [easy]
Every remembrance that is read by someone who has a big advantage in the world and the hereafter. Hereafter rewarded in return is Syurga. Remembrance in the world can soothe the soul and can be used as an afterthought that the application is taqwa. (QS. Ar-Rad : 30). (QS. Az-Zariyat : 55). (QS. Al'Ala : 9)

#12 Tilawah after pray at least one page or more [intermediate]
In addition to getting the reward (pahala), Lots virtue of recitations that immediately you can feel. maybe a lot of confusion, might well not my recitations to 1 juz per day. Because if I am one juz per day then that means I need 1 hour for recitations.Enjoy your recitations process.The most important is consistent.

#13 Inspire yourself each day [easy]
Studies have shown that people who are inspired are happier, nicer, productive and will not stray away from their chosen path if life gets difficult. So print a quote and tape it to the mirror. Have an inspirational video as your starting page. Use an inspirational mantra for meditation. Get a principle to live by. In short, get your dose of inspiration each day!

#14 Learn bicycle [easy]
Weird isn't? Children can  ride a bike but I didn't, possibly because of trauma in the past .

#15 Learn to swim at least once a week [hard]
This year I should be able to swim.

#16 Finish my final task/skripsi [hard]
Skripsi work well, guidance, exams, revision, pass...Amien

#17 Practice a random skill every day [intermediate]
There are many available How To on YouTube and other video sites. I want to master the sewing clothes or other crafts.

#18 Exercise at least 30 minutes per day 3 times per week [hard]
Everyone knows the benefits of exercise, to maintain health and have a good life style.

 #19 Give more charity [easy]
Allah gives many ways to approach Him through charity. Hands on is always better than the hand under (is it my english right?:p) 

#20 Don't complain for entire day [hard]
This one will likely take more than a few days to work up to achieving. Even if you’re a highly positive person, it’s difficult not to utter one negative sentence for a 24-hour span. Don’t be down on yourself if you can’t make it past an hour — as with everything this takes practice! This one is also great practice for becoming conscious of your thoughts.
